I recommend this to any nursing mother, nurse, lactation consultant, pharmacist, and pediatrician. It is easy to use, and gives you all the info you need. I love that it includes not only the effect on infants but also on a mothers milk supply itself! So important, especially when a woman is first establishing her lactation! My sister-in-law is a pharmacist, and when I showed her the app to get her opinion, she said it was fantastic, downloaded it herself and recommended it to her colleagues.
